Its soup weather!
As part of our Healthy Working Lives application North Glasgow Community Food Initiative are kindly sending us a healthy recipe every week.
So rather than keep it all to ourselves we are sharing it here on the website as a download (and also on Facebook and Twitter).
Karen the nutritionist has put together some lovely easy recipes, which we hope to update regularly. We hope you will enjoy trying them out, and also remember to pop in to the office on a Thursday morning to source some of your ingredients from the Fruit Barra.
